InspectionsWe offer a variety of inspection services to clients who need a quick and accurate assessment of a property. We provide our clients a detailed report to identify present threats to potential values and impending external factors to allow clients to make quick decisions on the course of their actions. We do residential as well as commercial inspections.Residential InspectionsInitial Drive by Inspection : Our initial inspection determines the occupancy and external conditions of the property. It will also include a visual neighborhood report as well as photos of the exterior of the property.Regular Inspections : The regular monthly inspections of the property will be to verify if the property is both secured and ready for sale. Photos of the changes since the previous inspection will also be included. Any potential dangers or urgent repairs will be relayed to the clients immediately. Commercial InspectionsInitial Drive by Inspection : Our Initial Drive by inspection will generally provide the visible conditions of the interior and exterior areas. We determine the extent and nature of current occupancy. It includes any visible deferred maintenance. We include a drive by analysis and a general neighborhood information report.Analytical Inspection : We contact occupants informally and engage them in conversation to elicit as much information as possible. We provide reports by licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC licensees. |
